Building Responsible Individuals through Discipline, Growth, and Excellence

A Transformative Two-Year Journey for High School Juniors & Seniors

The BRIDGE Program is more than just a classroom - it is a launchpad. We bridge the gap between high school, higher education, and the professional world through a unique, relationship-based model designed for students who thrive in a supportive and active learning environment.

Why BRIDGE?

We believe that when students are seen, heard, and challenged, they succeed. Our program is built on five core pillars:

  • Smaller Classes, Bigger Impact: Forget being a face in the crowd. Our intimate class sizes ensure every student receives the focus they deserve.
  • The Co-Teaching Advantage: With two educators in the room, students benefit from diverse teaching styles, more one-on-one time, and immediate support.
  • Project-Based Learning: We move beyond the textbook. Students engage in hands-on, real-world projects that develop critical thinking and practical skills.
  • Enhanced Communication: We build a true "village" around our students with consistent, transparent communication between educators, students, and families.
  • Individual Advocacy: Our staff serves as dedicated advocates, supporting students not just in our program, but across the entire school and local community.

The Junior-Senior Roadmap

The BRIDGE Program is a structured, two-year commitment that evolves with our students as they prepare for adulthood.

The Junior Year: Foundations of Growth

Students begin their journey by building academic discipline and exploring career interests. The year is punctuated by Monthly Community Field Trips, where program members earn Physical Education credit while hiking, visiting local landmarks, and participating in team-building activities.

The Senior Year: Professional Launch

The second year shifts focus toward the future. It culminates in two major capstone achievements:

  1. Academic Excellence: Completion of a comprehensive Senior Research Paper.
  2. The Internship: A rigorous, 12-week professional internship during the final semester, providing robust real-world experience in a field of interest.
  3. The Presentation: Seniors conclude the program by presenting their internship findings and research to a panel of peers and mentors.
